LE CARBONE LORRAINE
S.A. warrants and undertakes that it will replace
or repair any defective material or workmanship,
and which, under proper use, appears in its products.
The express warranties
set forth herein shall constitute the sole and exclusive
warranties and garantees made by the vendor.
Accordinly the
remedies for any failure by Le Carbone Lorraine
S.A. to comply with its said warranties and are
exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies of any
kind.
